Christmas closure and shipments

We recommend that you place your order by 19 December to ensure that it is processed before the Christmas closure.

Orders received after this date will be processed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

The website will remain available for you to continue ordering all the products you need.

From 22 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, no exchanges or returns will be accepted, but you will have one month to return your purchase. Customer Service will be closed during the Christmas holidays.

Normal operations will resume on 7 January 2026.
