How can I recover my ID and password?

  • In the main menu, top left, click on “my account”, in the area “Already registered Customer” click on “Forgot your password”. A new password will be automatically sent to your email address.

4. My order

How do I place an order?

  • Choose the model and colour you prefer. If you choose a helmet select also your size and put it in the basket by clicking on “Add to basket”
  • To complete an order, after checking your basket click on “Check out” at the bottom right and follow the steps to place your order:
  1. Info: check the shipping address
  2. Payment info: choose payment method
  3. Confirm: enter payment info.
  4. Done: at the end of the procedure you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number.

How long does the processing of my order take?

  • Standard delivery orders are shipped the day after validation. You will receive an email confirming the preparation and shipment of the item.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

  • It is not possible to change the order once it has been accepted. In case your order has not been sent yet, contact Customer Care and send a cancellation request to help@momodesign.com

If the order has already been sent, you will have to follow the return procedures

 

5. How do I choose the right helmet size?

  • To choose the size of your helmet measure the circumference of the skull, as shown in the drawing below and find the corresponding size.

 

 

6. Payment

What are the payment methods?

  • Choose the payment method on the “Payment Information” page when placing your order.

Is VAT included?

  • VAT is included in the price of the items only in the countries where VAT is applied.

 

7. Shipping

What are the delivery times?

  • All orders with standard delivery by the courier Bartolini are shipped the day after validation. Delivery times are 2/3 days for Italy and 4 days for international delivery.
  • When the package is shipped, an e-mail notification will be automatically sent to your e-mail address, if entered. You can request your shipping number by sending an email to help@momodesign.com 

8. How do I return an item

How do I return an item?

  • I Models can be returned or replaced in another size and/or colour and/or model, subject to availability. See also the general conditions, art. 10 “Right of Withdrawal”. The integrity of the product (s) is an essential condition to exercise your right of withdrawal, therefore, the returned goods must not be damaged (for example with signs of wear, cuts, scratches, deformation, etc.), they must be complete with all their elements and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags which must still be attached to the product), with the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original box and packaging and the warranty certificate, if present.

How do I return an item and who pays for the return shipping costs?

  • If the product is not to your complete satisfaction, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to send the item or items back at your own expense. See also the general conditions, art. 10 “Right of Withdrawal”
  • We only accept items returned in their original state and in their original box, previous written communication to help@momodesign.com

You can withdraw from the contract by strictly following the general conditions, art. 10 “Right of Withdrawal”
